Now Golf Blogging | It’s Been a While

I used to be pretty active in the online world of golf. From forums, to online videos, to blogging, to offering email tips, and I even wrote a short game course called the Ultimate Short Game System, but it’s been a while since I’ve done any of those things.

Why?

Well I suppose you could say that life got in the way. I still play golf frequently, but haven’t found nearly as much time to be active in golf’s “off the course” activities, mainly teaching.

Gladly that’s about to change. I’ve been playing a lot more lately, am signed up for a few events this summer, and I’m even getting back into writing, freelance work, and have upheld my PGTAA teaching status over the past few years.

Throughout those years, I’ve been pretty fortunate thus far to be fairly successful with how the Ultimate Short Game System is doing. I’ve sold thousands of copies, and have impact many players’ golf games throughout the world. But I know I could have done more for the golf community.

Ok, So What?

Well, it’s my hope that through this blog, I can bring to you what I learn out on the course, as well as what you can learn from what goes on in golf each week. I feel that it’s not only my duty, but that it will be a mutually beneficial relationship. I’ll enjoy writing, I’ll focus harder on the game, and you’ll get to take in the content and lessons I post.

I can’t say I’ll post every day, or even every week, but when I do, it’s going to be something that you can read, and instantly take away something that will impact your game in a big way.

Honestly, I should have done this a long time ago. I’m not really sure why I didn’t.

But that’s then. This is now.

And I want you to come along with me.

Fairways and Greens!

Cody

PS: Bear with me while I work the bugs out of this blog. It’s still in setup mode 🙂
